No,I can’t stand to let my feet get cold. I live in North Carolina so it isnt a big deal. lol If my feet or hands are cold I am cold. Beer would be my enemy but I haven’t had one in quite a bit. I would love to be abe to drink it again though. Maybe once I get it all under control I will be able to have a few beers from time to time. I did buy a heating pad and tortured myself with apple cider vinager last night and my foot was much better today and was able to work today.

My good friend reccomanded him to me. He has had gout for years now and has it well under control. with thanks to this dr. I' guessing that my case is more severe than others. I am a big guy with a lot of muscle mass. I'm 5'9″ and weigh 300lbs. I am 40 lbs over weight. I have worked out more in the last month than I ever have in m life. I have always been very active and am naturally big.

Thanks, I just returned from the dr. He upped me to 300mg. and said I'm his only patient on the high mg. allopurinol. Only time will tell and hopefully Ill be able to make it back to work tomorrow.
