I had my second flare up, which lasted more than three weeks. The First one passed within 3 days.

Is there any Connection with my effort to do small Works, thus injuring more the big toe?

Mobility and gout can be difficult to explain. Everybody is affected by gout differently, and everybody has different ideas about normal mobility, gentle exercise, and strenuous exercise. It’s easy to find the scientific connections between exercise and gout. It’s harder to put these into a personal context, but I can help you do that if you tell me more about Your gout.
