    Hi everyone,

Sorry I’ve not been around for too long.

I’m back now, and eager to catchup, though rather overwhelmed by the high number of posts I’ve missed.

The best way I can think of to catch up fairly is to work my way down the GoutPal Leaderboard. It is the finest measure of how much effort people are putting into managing there gout with GoutPal.

In a nutshell, you get points for activities on this website, with a weekly reduction to try to keep usage fresh. I plan to refine and extend the activities that earn points. If you have any ideas about improving it, please make a suggestion.

It strikes me that a quick way to catch up with urgent gout help requests would be to organize a live question and answer session. Does anyone have experience of organizing these? Is it best to go for typed chat, or audio/video through Skype, Google Hangouts, or similar? Again, please add your ideas to the GoutPal Suggestion Box.

If you are waiting for Gout Helpdesk responses, I’m on it. But please note that I will give priority to gout forum requests.

I’ve managed to respond to the top two members in the GoutPal Leaderboard today. More tomorrow, and the HelpDesk at the weekend.

If you want to move up the leaderboard faster, here are some tips:

    Read Forum posts (gout-pal.com)
    Log in every day
    Reply to Forum Posts
Make suggestions. I’m particularly interested in your thoughts about your favorite gout guidelines on GoutPal.com
